Post-Doc Researcher Capsule Bio Agnese Sbrollini is a post-doc fellow at Università Politecnica delle Marche and she teaches the course of “Statistical Methods for Bioengineering” at the Bachelor Degree course in Biomedical Engineering. She was a Consortium GARR fellowship student (November 2018 to October 2020). She received the PhD in Information Engineering in March 2019 at Università Politecnica delle Marche with a thesis entitled “Biostatics of Cardiac Signals: Theory & Applications”. She received the Degree in Biomedical Engineering at Politecnico di Torino (December 2014) and the Bachelor Degree in Biomedical Engineering at Università Politecnica delle Marche (October 2012). Her main research activities are focused on the application of biostatistics (standard and advanced) on cardiovascular signals, specifically on Sport-Related Sudden Cardiac Death prevention, atrial fibrillation identification and supporting the clinical practice in fetuses and newborns monitoring.
