Capsule Bio:

Angelica Poli was born in San Benedetto del Tronto (AP) on 2nd September 1993. She graduated from the Master Programme in Biomedical Engineering at Università Politecnica delle Marche (Ancona, Italy) in 2019. After an internship (July 2018 – December 2018) at the School of Computing at Ulster University (Belfast, UK), she was enrolled as research fellow at Università Politecnica delle Marche from February to October 2019.
Currently she is a PhD Student at the Department of Information Engineering (DII), Università Politecnica delle Marche (Ancona, Italy).

Research Areas:

She is currently involved in research projects in the field of Electronic Instrumentation and Measurements, especially regarding:

• automatic processing and assessment of human biometric measurement data;
• evaluation of accuracy in the recognition of daily human activities for lifelogging applications.
