Linda Senigagliesi

Capsule Bio

Linda Senigagliesi received a B.Sc. degree and a M.Sc. degree in Electronic Engineering by Università Politecnica delle Marche (Ancona, Italy), in 2013 and 2015 respectively. She received a PhD in Information Engineering by the same university in 2019, with a thesis entitled “Information-theoretic security techniques for data communications and storage". She also received the “Doctor Europaeus certificate” in addition to the doctorate degree. In 2017 and 2018 she has been a visiting student at the Electrical Engineering Department of Chalmers University of Technology, Goteborg, Sweden.
Since 2019 she is a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Information Engineering of Università Politecnica delle Marche.


Research Areas:

Her main research interests include information-theory and physical-layer security, with application to distributed storage systems and wireless communications. Her activity is focused on machine learning techniques for physical-layer authentication and privacy.
