Description Biomedical signal and image processing is one of the most important visualization and interpretation methodology in biology and medicine. In recent years, we have developed many new and powerful tools for detection (also contactless), storage, cabled and wireless transmission, time and frequency domain analysis, statistical and machine learning classification and display of signals and images, allowing scientists and physicians to obtain quantitative preventive indexes of cardiovascular risk and measurements for the development of systems to support scientific hypotheses and clinical decision. |
