Description:
Research focuses on the design and performance evaluation of IoT-oriented measurement systems based on heterogeneous sensors, to enable monitoring functionalities in diverse industry-related applications and products. Smart sensor systems need to be characterized and qualified under uncertainty and accuracy perspective, to provide reliable measurements with associated confidence level, upon which different information-based applications may be designed.
